Alan Stokes is from Cornwall. It’s not the first place when you think of surfing, but there is a very real surfing community there. Stokes is neck deep in it. If you haven’t been following along, VICE Sports and Samsung made a mini-series following people who do things at night. In the second episode, Stokes competes in Night Surf, an event at Fistral Beach, where–you guessed it–people surf at night.
