When it comes to interesting shapes that work very well, there isn’t a shaper in the world quite like Ryan Lovelace. William Aliotti knows this, which is why he made a bit of an odd decision: he’d was going to Indonesia and he was going to exclusively ride a little Lovelace twinnie—and ONLY a Lovelace twinnie.
“Ryan Lovelace made it for me for small waves, but I wanted to challenge myself,” Aliotti said, “and get some tubes with it and surf bigger conditions!” No matter what the conditions called for, that twinnie was the board of choice, and we’ll be damned if it didn’t work in all of them.
