Yuri Soledad is a pretty regular face out at Jaws. But here’s the shitty part: becoming a regular face at a place like Jaws means you have to take a few lickings. The incredible thing about this Wipeout of the Year category of the 2015 XXL Big Wave Awards isn’t the wipeout… it’s the fact that, even while he’s jammed in a giant lip with a Peahi wind is howling under his board, he’s fully committed to making that wave.
