Gray Thompson is known for his videos focused on the heart of snowboarding — which he produces through Warp Wave — but we first met him fly fishing in Truckee. However, soon after, common interests led not only to fly fishing, but splitboarding and surfing as well. The way he harnesses the simple roots of these passions always makes for a good time.
In search of more creative path, Gray started cutting boards three years ago. The goal was to experiment and bring a fresh feel under his feet. But it was only after he connected with Steven Kimura that the United Shapes was born.
