This video is a small milestone for skimboarding as it showcases two-time world champion Sam Stinnett pushing the sport into new realms of technical possibility. Filmed over the course of three years, these waves were caught in Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, North Carolina, Florida and Mexico all without mechanical assist and all filmed and edited by the production crew at MOV. Skimboarding is a budding sport as it reaches closer to surfing and vice versa. We hope to see it garner the attention it deserves over the next few years.
