So, basically, we have him telling us to:

  • Hope for the best, expect the worst.
  • Paddle as hard as you can, knifing in on a rail.
  • Snag an intense warm up.
  • And the weeks leading up to it, strengthen shoulders and work on that low center-of-gravity stance.

And, most importantly, channel Andy Irons. Sure thing! We’ll see you out there…
