The Inertia

Victor de Le Rue goes to some extreme lengths to ride extreme lines. He will do basically anything to get to the top of something steep. Originally from the Pyrenees, de Le Rue has explored as much of the globe as he possibly can, but there is one place that he puts on a pedestal: Chamonix, France.

It’s for good reason, too—Chamonix plays host to some of the best, steepest lines anywhere in the world. Best, of course, often means difficult to access. Along with old friend Pierre Houticq, de Le Rue goes deep into the Mont Blanc massif, a place that is everything they could have asked for.

Only the best. We promise.
