The Inertia

The ocean is an interesting place. It’s full of cool things doing cool stuff. Since it’s so vast, there are a lot of things that happen in it that we don’t get to see too often. Take, for example, the footage you see above. Shot somewhere in Baja, it shows a great white shark casually cruising while a school of tuna follows it — a strange sight, since anyone who’s ever paid the shark tax knows that tuna might be a shark’s favorite food. “Sometimes the tuna would rub against the shark’s caudal fin and dart back into the school of fish,” wrote Erik Jones, who runs a YouTube channel called Dronesey. “It was amazing to witness and did leave me wondering what exactly what was going on down there!”
