Here’s a scenario: You’re sun bathing at the beach and you see a bunch of frantic beachgoers. You might assume someone got attacked by a shark, jellyfish, or the few other maritime species capable of causing such a scene. But a wild boar? Probably not your list. But it should be.
Visitors of a beach in Poland captured footage of an enraged wild boar charging out of the Baltic Sea and aggressively chasing a few unsuspected sunbathers. The video shows the boar knocking over a few people and their beach forts while a group of men arm themselves with poles and other objects to chase the invader away. Three people were treated at the scene for minor leg injuries from the boar’s tusks. And although no one was seriously injured in the incident, something tells me things would’ve looked a lot different had Matt Meola or Shane Dorian been there.
