A few months ago, the internet exploded when a company called Hendo came out with a real life hoverboard. After Tony Hawk and crew devastated the world with their fake hoverboard video, it was a welcome relief for Marty McFlys all over the place. But with the new “real” hoverboard came a few things that make it impossible for average Joe-not-super-rich to pick one up.
Thankfully for us poor folk, this guy came up with an idea that involves four leaf blowers, a few metal straps, and some wood. It seems pretty easy: get a deck, two octagonal (purely for the futuristic look), four leaf blowers, stick them all together, and go annoy everyone actually skateboarding.
But hey, this one might be fake, too. Probably not, but don’t get your hopes up (that much)… it might be a while before you find these things at your local Sports Authority.
