The Inertia

It’s almost late October, but don’t tell Malibu that. Yesterday morning looked like a classic, summer day at Surfrider Beach. Sun was out. Crowd was out. But not in the orders of magnitude of obnoxiousness you might expect for a south swell at Southern California’s famed pointbreak. Everything was strangely accessible. Even trunkably warm water. And everyday Californians got to enjoy it. This quick little edit captures the indomitable Z-Boy Allen Sarlo out killing a few waves alongside normal, human surfers who lucked into quintessential Southern California perfection. And check out the seagull tracking Sarlo’s wave and our drone! Dat’s nuts! Hope you scored some waves, too!
