Although life doesn’t allow it as much as we would like, every now and then we are able to put together enough funds and take a break from work to immerse ourselves in new cultural experiences and surf. Indonesia, Mexico, South America, Australia, and the United States are the usual suspects that come to mind when we think of surf trips. Sri Lanka, however, isn’t one of them. And although this video shows meager surf, this region can get pretty damn good. And since Sri Lanka isn’t the ideal destination for surfers around the globe, you might be able to score some great waves with no one out.
