Surfing’s not supposed to be serious. For some reason, though, nearly everyone who is serious about surfing takes it really, really seriously. “Fuck longboards!” they yell, spittle speckling their computer screens as they frantically bash their keyboards from their dark basements. “Fuck soft tops! Fuck anyone that doesn’t surf what I surf! KOOKS!” It’s pitiful.
Kalani Robb and Tyler Stanaland don’t care about that. Surfing is really fun, and they have fun surfing foam boards. Those 2 Kooks headed to Japan for a week and actually found good waves. And man oh man, does it look fun.
