In our book, Erryn Reeder and Jake Sims are bloody heroes. We love splitboarding and backcountry skiing and riding in general here at The Inertia and these two (among others) have started to really show off the potential of the Australian backcountry. Specifically in New South Wales. The above vid is Erryn dropping into a spicy little chute somewhere in the Charlotte Pass area of Kosciuszko National Park. “This was easily one of the funnest runs in the last few years,” wrote Sims. “Sure we’ve ridden steeper but rarely do you get such good conditions where you can ride hard with confidence in a chute in our backcountry.”
