One of the strangest and greatest things about surfing on the North Shore in the winter as an average Joe is that you’ll often find yourself sharing the lineup with world-class surfers.
It’s a little like heading to the neighborhood basketball court and finding yourself playing a pickup game with LeBron. Or Kevin Durant. It’s weird, honestly, but pretty incredible to see in person what the best surfers in the world can do on any given day. And on a recent given day, John Florence, Kiron Jabour, and Luke Swanson paddled out and did what they do best.
Unlike many YouTube clips you see these days, this one’s pretty raw. Just a few waves, a few surfers, and a whole lot of good surfing.
