Kamryn Renae, the 22-year-old hiker who has hacked social media algorithms as the OnlyFans creator taking on the Pacific Crest Trail, has completed the 2,650-mile feat. After embarking on the thru-hike in late March, two days ago she announced that she’d arrived at the northern terminus nearly six months later.
Many hikers who undertake the Pacific Crest Trail leverage the world’s collective fascination with the trek to grow a social media presence. But few have done it like Renae. She went viral almost immediately after setting out by using a dainty voice, wearing tiny, pink clothes, bringing inadequate gear, and openly discussing how she funded the trip through OnlyFans.
“I actually had no idea what I was getting myself into when I started this hike lol,” Renae wrote on Instagram. “When I started I had five bikinis in my backpack because I thought I’d have time to chill and tan. lmao I quickly realized once getting on trail that a sleeping pad would perhaps be more useful than my bikinis and that this was going to be much more challenging than I thought.”
Since we last covered Renae’s trip in May, her Instagram following ballooned from 159,000 to 327,000. It appears she stopped posting vlogs to YouTube and, instead, uploaded them to OnlyFans TV. Her vlog account links to a personal account, which then links to another “not safe for work” account offering 70 percent discounts on content that will “get you horny.”

Renae’s journey to Canada was not without obstacles. She fell ill near Mount Whitney, at 13,000 feet, and had to be rescued the following day. It’s unclear if her illness was related to the norovirus outbreak among hikers near the town of Wrightwood, about 150 miles south of Mount Whitney.
“I feel so so lucky to have gotten to be a thru-hiker,” Renae wrote. “Wow, I just can’t believe it’s over and that I hiked from Mexico to Canada. The PCT will forever have a special place in my heart. It was really hard saying goodbye and I’m currently acclimating into normal civilization.”
