Based in Brooklyn, but raised in North Carolina, Forest is a self proclaimed "bad surfer" who got into the sport a couple years ago - mainly because he loves endlessly riding the A train to check the surf at Rockaway. When not floundering in the water or picnicking on the train, Forest enjoys climbing large piles of rocks with his bare hands and taking pictures of other people doing the same. His photographs have won a few awards and periodically can be found gracing the pages of various virtual and print periodicals. He likes it when people smile for the camera - or for any other reason.
