Why is it so hard to get moving in the morning? Maybe it’s just me, but it seems like there’s so many other easier and more enjoyable things to do at 7 am… drink a cup of coffee, read the news, enjoy a bowl of cereal…the list goes on. That being said, for those just easing into a morning workout routine, yoga can be a great way to get moving in the morning.
