Bethany Hamilton is very focused on her health. This one in particular, which Bethany calls the “Supergirl workout,” was inspired by some of the workout plans in her book, Body & Soul. “It has a great variation between a little cardio and some more static holds that will challenge you,” she writes on her Youtube channel.
The workout includes Air Bench, Super Girls, Upside Down Super Girls, Side Leg Lifts, Squats, Arm Circles, and Grapevines. Do this every day and your body will thank you.
