At last, the weekend is finally in sight. Wednesday aka Hump Day marks the midway part in the week: it’s all downhill from here, folks. After you get through today, it’s just one more day until Friday. Hooray. Although the weekend can’t come soon enough, this yoga flow will help you stay positive throughout the remainder of the week. Your body and mind will be refreshed, and you’ll be ready to jump the last few hurdles of the week. 35 minutes is the perfect amount of time to unwind: not too long, but long enough to leave your workload far behind.
