The Inertia

100 calories might not seem like a lot, but then again, a 10-minute workout really isn’t a lot. Think of all the different points in your day when you could squeeze in this workout: before you leave for work, during your lunch break, while dinner is cooking, heck even when your brushing your teeth. It’s just 10 minutes, and all you need are a set of dumbbells. Although the video recommends altering the weight slightly between moves, I’m sure that if you have one set you are comfortable lifting, you can use that set throughout. Keep this workout in your back pocket for times when the waves are flat. It tones and strengthens the arms, shoulders, and upper back, so it’s a quick, easy way to stay in paddle shape. Be sure to include a quick warm up and cool down before and after this workout.
