Before the first shot, loads of things happen. An early start, a long drive and butterflies in my stomach. If the sun doesn’t come out, the session’s not the same. When I leave the house before the sun comes up, it’s all uncertainty… until sunrise, that is.
Capturing the day’s first light is the objective, along with the waves. Rubén and Carlos, silently showing their class and oozing tranquility with each wave. From my vantage point, I know that the road chosen is the right one, from the first shot to the last glimpse as the session comes to a close.
