Right about now is the time when south swells really start bringing the heat to Nicaragua. If you’ve been, you want to go back. Near-constant off-shores blow against a million different setups that litter the coastline like jewels. It is a wonderful place, full of smiling people and amazing waves. Like many places with great waves, Nicaragua has a glut of super talented Average Joes. The video you see above is the end result of seven best friends, six who happen to be ripping surfers and one who happens to enjoy filming them, dipping their toes in some of the various incredible waves they are lucky enough to live within spitting distance of.
