Tuesday, at a very heavy spot called Agiti in San Sebastian, Spain, Basque charger Axi Muniain rode giants. The wave is called a “death pit” by one account yet the clip shows Axi clearly manhandling the place. Europe has been an active place for big wave surfers with Mullaghmore, Belharra, Roca Puta (also Spain) and big wave spots all over Portugal going off all winter.
