Hurricanes aren’t good things. They wreak havoc on all manner of things. Cost untold billions in damages. Kill people, ruin buildings, leveling trees. Wreaking havoc, as I said. But there is a silver lining, as thin as it might be: hurricanes bring waves. And Hurricane Lee brought some serious ones on the East Coast. Ben Gravy, as you would expect from any good East Coast surfer, was there to taste Lee’s offerings, and they tasted good.
“We’ve seen a lot from Hurricane Lee,” Gravy wrote. “It’s provided everything from fun surf to bombing swell here on the East Coast and it’s exciting to chase the storm and see what happens next.”
