Ben Gravy is an unequivocal hero to the local groms in New Jersey. And he should be. He surfs really well (especially marginal novelty waves), he has loads of video of local spots, and he’s super engaging with all the kids that hassle him. This little guy built what looks to be a 5’4″ with cork on the bottom and top, lovingly called “The Eater.” Perfect. And as a bonus, Ben taped a really good day at his local novelty spot, “El Slamo,” below. Yes, the guy’s a hero.
