As a humble, adrenaline-seeking NorCal surfer, Bianca Valenti is at the pinnacle of the women’s surfing progression.
Don’t get me wrong. Innovators like Keala Kennelly, Lisa Anderson, and many others have been killing it for quite some time. But it’s always nice to see a fresh face. With dedication and an insane training routine, Bianca is a welcome new addition. Seriously though, she puts the training regimes of the WSL’s finest to shame.
“A lot of the times I’m the only woman out there,” Bianca says, referring to Mavericks. “But then once they get to know you and they know you belong out there, you’re part of the family.”
