On this particular morning, I checked every local surf cam. Fogged in. Except El Porto. I hadn’t planned to film El Porto. But the weather made the decision for me. It was the only place clear enough in the South Bay of Los Angeles to get any quality footage. And it totally worked out. Some days you chase the waves. Other days, you just follow the light.
