By now, you’ve heard of the newest addition to the global wave pool party. It’s called Wave Park, and it’s in South Korea. It has one of the prettiest waves around — crystal clear and ruler-straight — and a wave menu that includes longboard waves, waves made for turning, and barreling waves. Oh, how fast technology moves! A few months back, the folks at Wave Park invited air specialist Jacob Szekely to come and try out their newly-minted air section. An air section, in this day and age of surfing, is a necessary component of a wave pool, and Szekely wasted no time doing what he does best.
