John John Florence is at the top of his game. Widely regarded as the best surfer on Earth, he’s got world titles to back that claim up. But getting to a place where one is considered the best doesn’t come easy, and John’s body has taken a beating over the years. He actively works to prevent those injuries before they occur, so he’s got a pretty strict routine. Part of that routine is focussed on recovery, and John’s go-to is hot and cold immersion therapy, which has become wildly popular in recent years.
