Editor’s Note: Ono Grinds is a series sharing the surfing community’s favorite recipes, from childhood staples to training essentials.
I call this my Power House Shake. Every morning I make this shake, and it always hits the spot. I usually use all organic ingredients, but every now and then one or two non-organic items slip in there.
Ingredients:
- Protein Powder (I prefer Extreme XECUTE from xendurance.)
- Banana
- Blueberries
- Kale
- Peanut Butter (Always organic!)
- Almond Milk
- Ice
Directions:
- Pile in the blender.
- Blend it up!
