A little while ago, it was announced that a Point Break remake was going to be made. Some were outraged. Some were excited. But the majority just didn’t care that much. Time will tell, though. Time and box office results. We’ve been on the forefront of Point Break reporting, with opinions from both sides. One thing thing is for sure, though: there will be at least one scene of amazing surfing footage, thanks to Ian Walsh and an enormous day at Jaws.
The newest news out of Point Break’s remake is that an Australian soap actor has been cast as Johnny Utah. Luke Bracey has spent most of his career playing Trey Palmer in a series called Home and Away, which is more Sweet November than Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventures. Your street cred just went out the window, Bracey.
