I currently live in Southeastern France and travel in New Zealand, Morocco, Indonesia and throughout France taking pictures of what I feel surfing means to me. I surf and travel far from familiarity to catch this special feeling which helps me show what is impossible to describe with a few words. Photography is useful for that. For me, a special light or a special instant cannot truly be translated another way.
I bodysurf and I like to shape handplanes and Alaïa because I like wood and the way in which it works with the ocean. As a photographer, I like to always keep an eye open for the smallest or authentic things which build our world, especially with the surf.
