This day was UNREAL! This was, without a doubt, the craziest session of barrels I’ve ever filmed. Perfect swell, perfect light, and nonstop tubes. I’ve been behind the lens for years, filming all sorts of waves and all sorts of surfers, but nothing compares to what went down this day in Newport Beach, California. The ocean turned on like I’ve never seen before.
These weren’t the biggest barrels ever, but the shape and consistency was out of this world. So much talent in the water and so many made barrels. Enjoy!
