There are a lot of things that carry over from sport to sport or pastime to pastime. Skateboarding, snowboarding, and surfing all pay homage to each other in different ways; tricks passed from one to another, style changing slightly as they do, the glide flowing throughout it all. But it’s not just tricks and style, it’s equipment.
Using the wind to help with whatever you’re doing has been a staple of watersports for a while, but only rarely does that go into snowsports. Every now and then, someone will huck themselves off a cliff while wearing skis and a parachute, of course, but recently the Sickos have been experimenting with different equipment. Like above, where they went parasailing behind a snowmobile. Fun, right?
