Just a few weeks ago, all eyes were on Jaws for the Pe’ahi Challenge. As it happens, the same swell that resulted in the terrifying waves that put many competitors in the hospital also paid a visit to Peru. In that case, they were much smaller, but perhaps more inviting depending on who you ask. Here Jonathan Gubbins gets tube after tube in the Land of the Lefts.
