
We could have easily took one look and walked away. It looked as bad in person as it did on the cams.
But Travis Logie’s glass is half full, and that paid off on this small day surfing El Porto. Logie, of course, spent five years on the Championship Tour (his best finish was third at Teahupo’o in 2011). He now works for the World Surf League. And the man can still turn an average – to below average – left at El Porto into gold.
