If you haven’t been introduced to one of the world’s gnarliest slabs (right near an urban area, no less), then take a gander at Cape Solander in fine form. Four to six feet and clean almost looks doable for the common man. But complacency is a bitch and this wave will beat down even the heaviest of slab hunters. A crew of Sydney hellmen got two days of glorious Cape Solander recently, which didn’t disappoint.
