Back in the ’60s, a guy by the name of Merv Larson was doing shit on waves that no one else was even thinking about… and he did it without standing up.
Since then, though, the waveski has pretty much gone the way of the dodo. But there are still a few that aren’t just going to sit around and take it, like Pablo Arrouays. In a weird cross of kayaking and surfing, Pablo is making waves look much bigger than they actually are, and doing a pretty incredible job of whipping his ass around while holding onto a paddle.
