It’s arguable whether spontaneity is a luxury solely afforded to youth. It is true, though, that less obligation certainly makes it easier to drop everything and get away. And dammit, why not take advantage of it if you can.
On a whim, Brad Flora sold his car and decided to use the cash to sojourn through Europe with his girlfriend. And man did he score some fun looking waves.
“I sold my car at home and used up my ninety days in Europe, wandering around and living with my girlfriend in Portugal,” he says of the trip. “Best idea that I’ve ever had. I broke all of my boards and ended up riding this bitchin’ little beat to shit twinny that I jacked from my friend/ shaper Micah Beautz for over half the trip. We only filmed a handful of sessions and came up with this. Turn it up, drink a beer and enjoy.”
