The Inertia

If you search the dark corners of your memory, prodding at those dust-covered, cobweb-filled crevices, you might unearth a flicker of what it was like when we could leave the house, hop on a plane, and go somewhere fun. Sure, back then you might not have picked Lemmore, California (unless you are a rich person who likes to gamble, surf, and eat steak), but just having the option sure was nice, wasn’t it? Well, the few bricks of memory lane you see above come from a time when leaving was possible. John John Florence surprised a handful of his friends with a trip to the Surf Ranch — not something the average surfer could surprise a handful of their friends with — and yes, they had fun. Those were the days, weren’t they?
