David Meier is GoPro’s newest athlete, and it was a good pick up. He’s not your everyday skier, but he sure is an interesting one. Yeah, he skis on snow with regular skis, but he also skis on dirt and grass and sometimes does it on a bike with skis on the wheels. Basically, if it slides down a hill, Meier is going to be interested.
GoPro has changed the way we consume footage. There are a million ways to use one — drones, poles, etc — but the POV is one of the most popular uses. And in the footage you see here, Meier compiled his five most insane clips from 2025. And they are insane, to say the least.
GoPro summed it up quite nicely: “Skiing doesn’t get much cooler than this.”
