What You’ll Need
-2 cups rolled oats
-2 ripe bananas
-1 cup of crunch cereal of choice
-1 cup of chopped nuts of choice
-1/4 cup of desiccated coconut
-2 teaspoons of cinnamon
-1/4 cup of dried fruit of choice
-Preheat oven to 350 F.
-Mash your bananas with a fork until smooth.
-Add your cinnamon and mix again
-Add the rest of the ingredients except for the dried fruit.
-Place parchment paper on a baking tray.
-Add the granola to the tray and smooth down with a spoon.
-Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
-After 15 minutes, take your spoon and break the granola into smaller chunks and spread it out.
-Put it back in the oven for around 10 more minutes until golden brown and crispy (keep your eye on it).
-Remove from oven, let it cool, and enjoy.
