1 1/2 cup almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
1 Tsp vanilla extract
2 TBsp almond butter
-OPTIONAL 1 scoop organic vanilla plant based or whey protien powder of your choice (great to add if consuming post workout)
-Add all dry ingredients to blender. Add almond milk. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
-Serve in your favorite smoothie cup or jar : )
