The Inertia

If you you’re stateside and finding it oppressively difficult to tune into the Quiksilver/Roxy Pro France, we empathize. We’ve also got you covered. Time zones can be such a downer when a choice must be made between sleep and a highly watchable event (everything’s better in France, no?).

So without further ado, we present to you an abbreviated version of the final Red Bull Airborne event of the year with a very French twist – horizontal-striped jerseys. Ian Crane took home the baguette for lofting a handfull of very stylish stalefishes. But, we all win getting to watch some of the world’s most technical aerialists go for broke in punchy, frothy conditions at La Gravière.

Speaking of, we’ll need an orthopedic surgeon to take a look at Matt Meola’s flyaway air at the 30-second mark and tell us how the man walked away from that one no worse for wear.

Only the best. We promise.
