Most of the hours in my day are spent outside- training clients, surfing, and playing beach volleyball. It is not only essential to keep my skin protected, but it is very important to repair any damage that has been done.

In addition to a high SPF sunscreen and a hat, I have found the easiest way to keep my skin smooth and healthy are natural oils. I made two discoveries that are the perfect skin remedy for long sunny days- coconut oil and carrot oil.
