Central California is a goldmine. There are waves hiding at every turn. Of if you’ve ever driven the stretch of 101 directly in front of Rincon, those waves aren’t even trying to hide. They just sit there in plain sight for all that pass by to appreciate. Some search for places to get a couple to themselves, some hop right out of the car at the most accessible waves along the coast. But whatever the call is, this little section of the Golden State definitely saw its fair share of waves that can easily be described as downright rippable.
