“Style” is a strange thing in surfing. It’s hard to define, but when someone has it, everyone can tell. It comes in all shapes and sizes, and Troy Elmore has it in spades. The clip you see above comes from Kevin Jansen’s first feature surf film, entitled Please Have Fun. It features a whole whack of stylish surfers, like Erin Ashley (also known simply as Worm), Simon Hetrick, Hudson Ritchie, Noah Wegrich, and more. Judging by the four-some-odd minutes that comprises Elmore’s section, it’s a full length we’re going to want to watch. The whole thing is available for free on the Nobody Surf App.
