Mikaela Duhs was born and raised in San Diego, where she developed a love for surfing and the ocean at a young age. She currently resides in San Luis Obispo pursuing a degree in Journalism with special interests in feature writing and videography. Mikaela enjoys reading literature, surfing and adventuring in her free time when she isn't writing. Mikaela also has a passion for storytelling in the most unique ways possible. She wants everyone to have the opportunity for their voice to be heard!
